We are currently experiencing a service affecting outage. Our Engineers are actively working on the issue to restore services in Medford/Central Point/Grants Pass. If you feel you are part of this outage, please allow our Engineers an opportunity to resolve service issues and complete repairs before entering trouble tickets. Estimated restoration is 2pm on 9/24/2022.

The issue of the damaged fiber has been resolved/repaired and services have been restored. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our teams worked quickly to fix the issue.
