We are currently experiencing a service affecting outage. Our Engineers are actively working on the issue to restore services. If you feel you are part of this outage, please allow our Engineers an opportunity to resolve service issues and complete repairs before entering trouble tickets.

The issue of damaged fiber has been resolved/repaired and services have been restored. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our teams worked quickly to fix the issue. If you're still having issues with connectivity please power cycle your equipment. If that does not resolve the issue please call 541-772-9282 and we will assist with troubleshooting further.

We have identified the issue and are working to fix it as quickly as possible. We are estimating service will be restored by 6:00PM 7/28/2022. We will update this page again when service is restored. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
